Jeff Mancini

Director of Marketing

Jeff Mancini, director of marketing, has 20 years of experience in the point of purchase (POP) and promotional products industries. He is a well-rounded leader with experience in materials, procurement, production, operations, sales, and marketing.

In 2013, Jeff assumed the role of Director of Marketing for all OSI business units. In this position, he is focused on building OSI’s brand within its core markets and helping to drive sales across all product lines.

Jeff joined OSI in 2002, where he served as Director of Operations and led various functional teams across several divisions, including project management, customer service and OSI’s fulfillment center operations in Memphis, TN. From 2004 to 2013, he lead OSI’s promotions division. In this position, he had full profit and loss responsibility, developed OSI’s company store business and grew the business 350%, while reducing operational costs through personnel development, innovation, and automation.

Prior to joining OSI, Jeff held various roles including Director of Purchasing, Project Manager and Quality Engineer at several POP and promotional product organizations throughout the country.

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Illinois State University and MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He also holds a graduate certificate in project management.

Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Jeff’s career began there. As his experience grew, professional opportunities brought him to the East Coast and then to the West Coast, where he now resides with his wife, Michelle, and their three children. In his spare time, Jeff is very active in his community. He is an active volunteer for various youth organizations. Jeff’s weekends are spent at local sports fields, coaching aspiring young athletes or relaxing and watching his children’s games.
