Global Quality Manager
Lance Nagata, Global Quality Manager, has more than 14 years of experience in the production and management of point of purchase (POP), tradeshow, permanent and temporary retail displays. Having worked in several positions during his industry tenure, Lance has a unique blend of attention to detail, quality process, creative design and project management skills that have led to his success. He is also experienced in engineering and design, three-dimensional computer-aided design and procurement.
Lance joined OSI in 2009. As Global Quality Manager, he works to ensure OSI produces and delivers the highest quality products and service expected by both internal and external customers. He achieves this by collaborating closely with OSI project managers and suppliers to ensure they reflect OSI’s quality standards and core values. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Lance helps to provide solutions that improve service and quality as well as growth in market share.
