BACKGROUND
At the onset of the pandemic, Microsoft needed an effective way to quickly source and distribute personal protection equipment (PPE) kits to their global mobile workforce. The kits needed to be easy to transport between work and home office locations.

 

EXECUTION
OSI designed and developed a custom branded personal PPE kit featuring several protective items in an easy to carry bag. The items included face masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and a mobile phone sterilizer.  The kits were drop-shipped to Microsoft distribution centers around the world, which allowed for quicker deployment to Microsoft employees.  The program also includes an option to replenish the kits with new or additional PPE supplies.

RESULTS
Microsoft employees around the world are now able to better protect themselves as they commute between a variety of office locations.
